Christi began her career in the flooring industry with Shaw Industries and Durkan Carpet, a Mohawk company, where she developed a strong foundation in product, distribution, and consultative sales. Her experience working alongside contractors, builders, end users, designers and architects provided a comprehensive understanding of the flooring business and the talent required to drive success across various markets. Christi operates Lepley Recruiting Services, an executive search firm serving the flooring and building products sector. Drawing on her firsthand industry background and years of recruiting specialization, she partners with manufacturers, distributors, and contractors nationwide to identify and secure proven sales, operational, and leadership talent. Christi is known for her credibility within the industry, relationship-driven approach, and ability to align the right people with the right organizations.

Lisa joined Lepley Recruiting Services as our sourcing strategist and quickly advanced to our Senior Recruiter. With a background in building secure systems and improving workflows, he supports our team by leveraging technology and modern sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent. Drew plays a key role in candidate research and sourcing, helping uncover qualified professionals beyond traditional recruiting channels. He also serves as our internal technology resource, supporting sourcing strategy, tools, and systems that allow our team to work more efficiently and effectively.
Amanda supports our recruiting efforts through candidate outreach, talent marketing, and pipeline development. She leverages social media and digital platforms to help increase jobseeker awareness, engagement, and interest across new and existing talent communities. Working closely with our senior recruiters, Amanda assists in building and maintaining candidate pipelines while helping ensure consistent communication throughout the search process. Her upbeat work ethic and positive energy contribute to a collaborative experience for our clients, candidates, and internal team
